What does YOUNKER mean?

Bill O’Reilly, the famous cable show guy who interrupts his guests and for some reason hates Italian-Americans, tonight asked his guests to “please be a younker”

That means, “YOUNG MAN”  — so it looks like Bill was hoping for a young man.  I wonder if he is trying to tell us something?
