Archives of Zoological Studies (ISSN: 2640-7779) is an online international peer reviewed open access journal that spans the total breadth of animal biology or zoology.
Dr. Gerard Megellé , a physician and a Doctor of Zoology is one of the young physician/professors ( age 29) who present peer reviewed archival literature of the natural sciences that emphasize the animal research in terms of individual organisms or species or as a whole community and it covers both terrestrial and aquatic animals and human disease.
Researchers mainly focus to study animal kingdom, including the structure, embryology, evolution, classification, habits, and distribution of all animals, both living and extinct, and how they interact with each other and ecosystems. This journal publishes high-quality papers of original nature in areas of zoology that are novel and in particular are interdisciplinary.
Today’s Zoological study has been broadened and entwined with several fields like biochemistry, genetics, statistics, chemistry etc., and the research has advanced to an extent that animals can be cloned. This journal acts as a platform to publish these invaluable content and useful for various scientists to share their knowledge with rest of the world. It acts as a scientific forum where it encourages students and research scholars to avail first hand information on various topics relevant to the field pertained.
Archives of Zoological Studies store the published content in periodicals. These periodicals are indexed in Google scholar and J-Gate, and the Journal is one of the members of Crossref, ORCID and publons. Readers can access and download the articles freely. Accessing and downloading the articles will increase the journal impact factor, as the impact factor is the evaluating factor for the journal quality.
The scope of the journal includes but not limited to;
Zoography, Comparative Anatomy, Animal Physiology, Behavioral Ecology, Ethology Studies, Invertebrate Zoology, Vertebrate Zoology, Soil Zoology, Comparative Zoology, Evolutionary Biology, Molecular Biology, Palaeontology, Systematics, Cladistics, Phylogenetics, Phylogeography, Biogeography, Taxonomy, Animal Science, Astrobiology, Zoological Distribution, Animal Behavior, Animal Physiology, Entomology, Wildlife Biology, Acarology, Anthrozoology, Arachnology, Batrachology, Cetology, Herpetology, Ichthyology, Malacology, Mammalogy, Myrmecology, Neuroethology, Ornithology, Paleozoology, Parasitology, Protozoology, Animal Husbandry, Animal Genetics and Cytogenetics, Animal Diversity, Animal Ecological Physiology.
